Orange Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
1 c. boiling water
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 pt. Cool Whip
1 (13 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can mandarin oranges, drained and sliced
Preparation

Dissolve jello in hot water.
Drain fruit and cut orange slices in small pieces.
(Be sure and drain fruit in advance).
Add 1 cup of cold water to jello and fold in sherbet.
Chill until thick and partially set.
Fold in the fruit.
And last, fold in the Cool Whip very gently until smooth.
