Oven Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 thick pork chops
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 can crushed tomatoes
    1 small can tomato paste
    salt and pepper (to season meat with)
    brown sugar (to cut paste taste)
Preparation
    Pan-fry pork chops with salt and pepper only, then put meat, onions, pepper, tomatoes, paste and sugar in roaster pan and cover.
    Cook at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until meat is well done.
    Serve over noodles or cooked rice.
