Creamed Ham And Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
few drops Tabasco sauce
1 qt. milk or half and half
1 doz. eggs, hard-cooked and sliced
2 lb. cooked ham, cut 1/2-inch thick and cubed
Preparation

Melt butter or margarine.
Smoothly blend in next 5 ingredients.
Add milk; cook and stir over medium heat until smooth and thickened.
Add sliced eggs and cubed ham.
Heat to serving temperature.
Makes 8 servings.
