Steak Roll Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large round steak, 1/2 inch thick
    6 to 7 slices uncooked bacon
    4 medium green onion tops, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom bits and pieces
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Rub salt and pepper into steak.
    Line one side of steak with bacon slices.
    Combine onion tops and mushrooms; mound them in a row down the steak (on top of bacon).
    Roll like a jelly roll lengthwise and tie with string.
    Brown steak, roll on all sides in bacon drippings.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 or 275\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    When done, slice and serve.
