Old Fashioned Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. undiluted canned milk
1 stick butter
1 Tbsp. nutmeg
2 Tbsp. lemon flavoring

Preparation

Separate eggs.
Warm butter in saucepan and put all ingredients in mashed potatoes.
Beat egg whites until light. Fold in egg whites and put all in pie shell.
Cook until brown at 350\u00b0.
