Ingredients

1 pkg. Hearty Grain biscuits
1 (8 oz.) container plain low-fat yogurt
1 to 2 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
1 c. seeded tomatoes, chopped
1 c. broccoli flowerets
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped green onion
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Separate biscuits and place in an ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
Press biscuits over bottom and 1-inch up sides. Seal perforations.
Bake 14 to 19 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool completely.
Blend plain yogurt, horseradish, salt and pepper. Spread over crust.
Top with remaining ingredients.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese over top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
