Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked cubed potatoes
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped pickles
Preparation
-
Mix lightly the potatoes, salt and mayonnaise.
Set in refrigerator until serving time.
Add rest of ingredients.
Mix and add more mayonnaise, if needed.
Serve on lettuce garnished with tomato wedges and sliced hard-boiled egg.
