Ingredients

1 pkg. scalloped potatoes with seasoning sauce
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 (4 oz.) pkg. pepperoni
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Empty potato slices and seasoning sauce into ungreased 2-quart casserole dish.
Heat tomatoes, water and oregano to boiling.
Stir into potatoes.
Arrange pepperoni on top and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
Serves 6.
