Layered Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce, chopped
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    2 c. celery, finely chopped
    1 c. green onions, sliced
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen peas, thawed
    1 pint Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1 tsp. each salt, pepper and sugar
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Put lettuce on bottom of oblong dish.
    Follow this with the water chestnuts, the celery, green onions and peas.
    Mix the mayonnaise with the salt, pepper and sugar.
    Spread this on top of pea layer, making sure top and edges are sealed with this mixture. Put cheeses on top.
