Pork Chops And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. all purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 (1-inch thick) pork chops
    1 (10.75-oz.) can condensed chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine flour, mustard, salt and a little pepper in a shallow dish.
    Dredge chops in this mixture and set aside.
    In a 3 1/2 quart slow cooker, combine remaining flour mixture and broth. Pour oil in a large skillet.
    Place over medium high heat until hot.
    Cook chops until browned on both sides and place in slow cooker.
    Cook on high 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until tender.
    Serve with hot rice or mashed potatoes.
