Zesty Shrimp Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen rice with peas and mushrooms
    1 c. cooked or can shrimp
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. salad dressing
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    lettuce and cherry tomatoes
Preparation
    Place unopened rice pouch in boiling water in saucepan.
    Do not cover.
    Bring water to boil and heat for 16 minutes.
