Linguine With Knockout Garlic Pesto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large garlic, minced
    1 c. packed fresh basil leaves
    1/2 c. pine nuts
    1/2 c. minced fresh parsley (Italian flat leaf)
    1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
    1 lb. linguine
Preparation
    Put garlic, basil, parsley and pine nuts in food processor for 15 seconds.
    With machine on, pour 3/4 cup olive oil through feeding tube.
    Add cheese and rest of olive oil.
    Process until mixed.
