Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            3-4 medium squash
 
1 onion
8 oz. grated cheese
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. saltine crackers, crushed
1/2 cup butter, melted
Preparation
- 
                            Boil squash and onion until soft.
 
Drain.
Mix squash, onion, salt, 1/2 grated cheese, 1/2 crackers, and milk.
Pour into casserole dish.
Cover with remaining crackers and cheese.\tPour melted butter over all.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
