Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. milk
1 c. mashed ripe bananas
1/3 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. Recip-ease baking mix
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease bottom of 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch or 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Combine all ingredients and stir to blend.
Spoon batter into prepared pan.
Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely before slicing.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
