Strawberry Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sleeves crushed saltines
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/4 c. butter
    6 beaten egg whites
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla flavor
    1 (8 oz.) tube whipped cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation
    Beat egg whites to a peak.
    Mix sugar and flavor with egg whites.
    Fold in crackers and pecans.
    Cook crust for approximately 12 to 15 minutes (until firm, but not hard).
    Cream butter, cream cheese and whipped cream together until smooth.
    Spread mixture onto cooled crust.
    Add fruit topping of your choice.
