Crabmeat Elegance - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. mayo
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. fresh chives, chopped
1/4 c. pitted olives, chopped
1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
1 small clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. horseradish
2 cans crabmeat, drained well
Preparation

Set aside crabmeat.
Mix all other ingredients.
Fold in crabmeat.
Cover and refrigerate 4 hours before serving.
Garnish with fresh, chopped chives.
Perfect with crackers, vegetables or chips.
Yields 12 servings.
