Dilly Casserole Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 c. warm, creamed cottage cheese
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. minced onion (optional)
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 or 2 Tbsp. dill seed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 unbeaten egg
    2 1/4 tsp. 2 1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Soften yeast in water; combine in mixing bowl the cottage cheese, sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, salt, soda, egg and softened yeast.
    Add flour to form a stiff dough, beating well after each addition.
    Cover and let rise in warm place until light and doubled in size.
    Stir dough down.
    Turn into well-greased 8-inch round 2-quart casserole.
    Let rise in warm place until light.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 40 or 50 minutes.
    Brush with soft butter and sprinkle with salt.
