Chicken Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boiled and diced chicken breasts
    1 can diced mild green chili peppers
    1/2 chopped onion
    1 can cream mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    regular flavored Doritos
    grated Colby cheese
    grated Monterey Jack cheese
    1 to 2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add peppers, then add soups and simmer.
    Add diced chicken.
    Season to taste.
    Spray 9 x 13-inch pan or 2 quart casserole dish with Pam.
    Place layer of chips on bottom.
    Pour 1/3 chicken/soup mixture on top of chips.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Repeat steps.
    Place in oven at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
