Lazy Gal Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 c. cream of celery soup
    1 soup can water
    1 large pkg. raw carrots
    1 green pepper, cut into strips
    potatoes, cut into chunks
Preparation
    Remove all fat from meat (do not saute).
    Place in large (2-quart) casserole in order listed, stirring after each addition. (Other vegetables may be \"hunked\" and used also.)
