Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean beef (stew, chuck or sirloin)
    2 c. water
    4 beef bouillon cubes
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 pkg. Good Seasons dry Italian dressing mix
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1/4 c. apple vinegar
Preparation
    Combine all of the ingredients in a crock-pot.
    Cook on high for 5 hours.
    Drain juice and shred meat with fork, if necessary. Place on toasted hoagie/sub buns.
    Cover with grated cheese and broil until cheese melts.
