Seafood Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
5 small cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
3 c. cooked rice
1 stick oleo
1 c. lump crabmeat
1 can mushroom soup
2/3 c. chopped bell pepper
1 c. diced celery
1/2 tsp. red pepper
bread crumbs
1/2 c. pimento (optional)
4 sprigs minced parsley
1 c. cooked shrimp or saute with onion mixture (if raw)
Preparation

Saute onion, pepper, garlic, celery and parsley in oleo.
Add salt, red and black pepper until blended.
Add soup; stir well. Fold in crabmeat, shrimp and rice.
Spoon into greased casserole. Dot with oleo and sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
Bake twenty minutes at 400\u00b0.
Crabmeat may be omitted and use 2 cups shrimp instead.
