Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pie crust
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 can evaporated milk
Preparation

Preheat oven and baking sheet to 375\u00b0.
Remove pie crust from freezer.
Use a wire whisk to mix together filling ingredients in order given.
Re-crimp edge of pie crust to stand 1/2-inch above rim.
Place pie crust on heated baking sheet.
Pour filling into pie crust.
Bake in the center of oven 70 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool on a wire rack.
