Tamale Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 can pitted olives
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 lb. ground pork
    1 1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
    1 (16 to 18 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 large (20 oz.) can solid pack tomatoes
    1 large onion
Preparation
    Cook
    milk and cornmeal together in heavy bottomed pan. (Mixture will
    be
    very thick.) Add corn, tomatoes, olives and chili powder.
    Brown pork
    and
    onions,
    then
    add to mixture. Bake in large greased casserole
    dish
    for
    1 hour at 350\u00b0 (or put in smaller casserole
    dishes
    and
    freeze
    for later use). Serves six to ten.
