Fresh Apple Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. cooking oil
2 Tbsp. milk
1 1/2 c. finely chopped, peeled apples
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation

In medium mixing bowl, stir together first 5 ingredients. Make a well in center of dry ingredients.
In a small bowl, combine egg, oil and milk.
Stir in chopped apple.
Add egg mixture all at once to flour mixture.
Stir until just moistened. Stir in nuts and raisins, if using.
