Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. pumpkin
3/4 c. minus 2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
ground nuts
Preparation

Grease cookie sheet or shallow pan well and line with waxed paper.
Beat 3 eggs until foamy, add 1 cup sugar and beat.
Add pumpkin and mix.
Sift flour, baking soda and cinnamon.
Add to first mixture and beat.
Pour into pan.
Sprinkle with ground nuts.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Turn out on powdered sugar towel.
Pull off wax paper and roll up from the long side.
Cool well.
