Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. raisin bran
    5 c. flour
    3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    5 tsp. soda
    1 qt. buttermilk
    4 beaten eggs
    1 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix together
    raisin
    bran,
    flour,
    sugar,
    salt
    and soda; set aside.
    Add buttermilk,
    eggs and oil.
    Mix all together and beat until well moistened.
    Bake any
    amount
    you
    desire
    at 400\u00b0
    for
    12 to 15 minutes in a greased muffin tin.
    Batter may be kept in refrigerator up to 6 weeks.
    Delicious served HOT with butter and honey!
