Carrot Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed carrots
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 stick melted butter
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Boil carrots until tender.
    Mash.
    Mix all ingredients and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 45 minutes longer.
