Kentucky Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. white corn syrup
1 c. dark brown sugar
1/3 tsp. salt
1/3 c. melted margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
3 whole eggs, slightly beaten
1 heaping c. pecan pieces
10 to 15 whole pecans (for garnish on top)
Preparation

Combine syrup, sugar, salt, margarine and vanilla; mix well by hand.
Add slightly beaten eggs and mix in (do not cook).
Add pecan pieces.
Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
(Optional: Garnish with whole pecans on top.) Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes.
