Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. pork ham
    3 cloves garlic
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 cloves garlic
    1 onion
    3 stalks green onions
    1/2 bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Before pouring gravy over roast, remove fat in bottom of pan. Remove roast from pan and let cool before slicing.
    Serve with rice.
