Two Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine or butter
    3/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    16 oz. can cream-style corn
    16 oz. can whole kernel corn, undrained
    3 eggs, well beaten
    8 1/2 oz. pkg. corn muffin mix
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 2-quart casserole.
    In small skillet, melt margarine.
    Saute green pepper and onion until crisp-tender.
    Combine both cans of corn, eggs and corn muffin mix in a large bowl.
    Mix well. Add skillet mixture.
    Blend well. Pour into casserole. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 65 minutes or until firm and set.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
    Delicious!
    Great side dish for turkey or ham.
