Peek-A-Boo Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. margarine
    4 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Spread dough in bottom of 9 x
    13-inch
    pan.
    Drop
    pie filling by tablespoons on top (one
    tablespoon
    to
    each serving). Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to
    35
    minutes.
    Sprinkle powdered sugar over top while hot.
