Egg Drop Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. chicken broth
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 c. minced scallions
Preparation
    Beat eggs and water.
    Bring broth to a boil.
    Reduce heat and stir in sugar, salt and soy sauce, keeping heat very low.
    Slowly add egg and water mixture, stirring constantly, until separated into shreds.
    Turn off heat and serve immediately.
    Garnish with scallions.
