Pan Coat - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. shortening
1 c. flour
1/2 c. oil

Preparation

Combine
ingredients and use first speed of mixer for 1 minute to smooth.
Cream on second speed.
Whip light on third speed. Use for greasing pans.
Need not be refrigerated.
