Sour Cream Banana Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease and flour jelly roll pan.
    Mix sugar, sour cream, margarine and eggs in large bowl on low speed, scraping bowl occasionally, for 1 minute.
    Beat in bananas and vanilla on low speed for 30 seconds.
    Beat in remaining dry ingredients on medium speed, scraping bowl, for 1 minute.
    Stir in nuts.
    Spread batter in pan.
    Bake until light brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
    Cool.
    Frost with Brown Butter Frosting.
    Cut into 2 x 1 1/2 inch bars.
    Yields 48 bars.
