Honey Garlic Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 pork chops (boneless), fat trimmed
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/3 c. honey
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 Tbsp. sherry (if desired)
Preparation

Combine marinade ingredients; pour over pork chops.
Place in an airtight container; refrigerate 4 to 24 hours.
Remove pork chops from marinade; reserve marinade.
Grill pork chops 5 inches from heat source for 15 to 20 minutes, turning once.
Baste occasionally with reserved marinade.
