Puerto Rican Omelette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 4 eggs
    1/4 to 1/2 c. raw, chopped potatoes
    1 to 2 tsp. milk
    2 to 4 Tbsp. ham or sausage
    1 to 2 Tbsp. fresh or frozen peas
    1 to 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Low heat, no fat and a good 6 to 8-inch Teflon skillet are the secrets to this great meal!
