Sweet Sour Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. sweet and sour sauce
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. pineapple juice
    1 lb. deer roast, steak or any lean meat, sliced thin
Preparation
    Mix marinade ingredients together in a bowl.
    Dip meat slices into marinade.
    Place dipped meat layers in bowl.
    Pour remaining sauce over meat.
    Cover tightly.
    Let marinate in refrigerator 6 to 8 hours.
    Take out and place in dehydrator until dry.
    Blot excess oil with paper towel.
