Texas Caviar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (14 oz.) cans black-eyed peas, drained
    1 (4 oz.) can Ortega chiles
    1 (3 oz.) can chopped olives
    2 whole roma tomatoes, chopped
    4 whole green onions, sliced
    1 pkg. Good Seasons Zesty Italian dressing mix
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1/4 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Mix together dressing, vinegar and oil; then mix with remaining ingredients.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
