Jalapeno-Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 c. sour cream
    1 can jalapeno relish
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and cook in a double boiler until thickened.
    Makes approximately 1 quart.
    This will keep in refrigerator for about 2 weeks.
