Barbecued Brown Sugar Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. real butter
3 to 6 cloves fresh garlic, peeled and chopped finely
    2 lemons
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    fresh salmon
Preparation
Take fresh salmon, filet, remove outside skin and white skin layer from meat.
Lay in deep (at least 2 inches deep) baking pan (that can be set on barbecue) with meaty sides up.
Melt butter in pan on stove; add chopped garlic.
Squeeze the juice from the lemons into the butter.
Add brown sugar and cook until bubbly. Pour butter mixture over salmon.
Salmon should be half submerged in butter mixture.
Set pan on barbecue rack over moderate heat. Barbecue needs to stay at moderate heat through cooking time. Baste salmon with the liquid around it so it will become glazed with the butter mixture.
Make sure the barbecue stays at an even temperature.
The butter should not boil or burn.
Cook until salmon will flake apart.
Time varies with temperature and size of salmon.
Half hour to an hour should work.
