Scallopini Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 beaten egg
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (3 oz.) can chopped mushrooms
    1/4 c. white wine
    1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1/4 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Combine beef, crumbs, egg, milk, salt and dash of pepper. Shape into 6 patties.
    Coat lightly with 1/4 cup flour.
    Brown in hot cooking oil in skillet.
    Drain fat.
