Chicken Francaise - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 4 boneless chicken breasts
1 c. bread crumbs
1 (16 oz.) can chicken broth
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 whole lemon
Preparation

Cut chicken breasts in half.
Coat with bread crumbs.
Fry in oil until brown and set aside.
Return cooked cutlets to pan.
Add all of broth.
Squeeze in fresh lemon juice.
Add parsley flakes. Stir.
Simmer until sauce thickens.
