Sweet Pickle Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    red peppers
    bell peppers
    onions
    carrots
    cucumber
Preparation
    Dissolve sugar in vinegar and water.
    Wash and cut vegetables into bite size pieces.
    Combine vegetables with vinegar mixture. Let stand at least 12 hours in refrigerator.
    Will keep in liquid in refrigerator for a week.
    Vegetables will stay crisp.
    Very delicious.
