Egg Foo Yong - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, well beaten
    1 (No. 2) can Chinese vegetables, drained
    1 minced onion
    1/2 c. cooked chicken, shrimp or crab, shredded
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients.
    Drop from large spoon into skillet covered with hot fat.
    Cook about 5 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
