Ingredients

1 can refrigerated crescent rolls (8)
6 sausage patties, fried
3 eggs, scrambled
1 green spring onion, diced
1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 small tomato, diced
Preparation

Set oven at 400\u00b0.
In a nonstick 9-inch round cake pan (sprayed with nonstick oil) arrange rolls out flat.
Pour egg mixture over rolls.
Crumble sausages and sprinkle on eggs. Sprinkle the rest of the ingredients on top.
Bake until eggs are firm, approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
