Fiesta Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beef round steak, cut 1/2-inch thick
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1/4 c. hot water
    3 onions, quartered
    1 green pepper, cut in 1-inch squares
    3 tomatoes, cut in 1-inch wedges
Preparation
    Cut steak into 6 pieces.
    Combine flour, salt and pepper. Cover meat with seasoned flour.
    Pound to 1/4-inch thickness. Brown in oil in large skillet.
    Pour off oil.
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water.
    Add to meat.
    Add onions.
    Cover tightly and cook slowly 1 hour.
    Add green pepper and tomatoes.
    Cover and continue cooking slowly 25 minutes or until meat is tender. Serves 4 to 6.
