Sausage Upside-Down Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 c. onion
    1/3 c. green pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. chili powder
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese
    2 boxes Jiffy corn bread mix
Preparation
    Cook sausage, onion and pepper; drain well.
    Stir in flour, tomato sauce, salt, pepper and chili powder.
    Add cheese.
    Put mixture in long baking dish.
    Prepare corn bread mix by directions on box; spread over sausage mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Can invert onto a plate.
    Freezes well.
