Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. yellow squash, cut in slices or small chunks
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    4 eggs or 1 c. egg substitute
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. oil
    1 onion
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    garlic to taste
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all together in a casserole dish.
    Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
