Potato Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 potatoes
    4 slices bread
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. diced onion
    2 Tbsp. minced celery
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Peel the potatoes; cut into pieces and cook in salted water. Drain and mash.
    Break the bread into pieces and mix with the potatoes.
    Heat milk, then beat into potatoes and bread.
    Saute onion and celery in butter for 3 minutes.
    Add to potatoes with salt and pepper.
    Beat with beater until well mixed.
    Put in greased casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven. Serves 6.
