Holiday Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. pecans
1 c. yellow raisins
1 c. black raisins
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. red candied pineapple
1 c. green candied pineapple
1 c. red candied cherries
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
Preparation

Heat oven to 300\u00b0.
Line a 9 x 5 x 3 or 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan with waxed paper.
Mix all ingredients and spread in pan. Bake until wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 1 hour and 45 minutes.
